Aluminium Brass Tubes

Aluminium Brass Tubes

90/10 Cupro Nickel is a 90% Copper, 10% Nickel Alloy that also contains small but Important additions of Iron and Manganese to enhance overall Strength Corrosion Resistance. This, combined with High Ductility and Toughness, Makes it a Popular Grade for Marine, Architectural and industrial Applications. 90/10 Alloy offers Designers and Specifiers excellent resistance to Stress Corrosion, Erosion, and Biofouling in Sea Water and Brackish Water, Excellent Fabrication and Welding Properties, a High Resistance to Hydrogen embrittlement and the retention of Mechanical Properties down to Cryogenic Temperatures.

Product Application Areas: Chillers, Heat Exchange & Condensers , Power Plants, Refineries , Desalination Plants, Ship Building & Ship Repairs, Defense Guid To Selection Of Tube Material: Sea Water: Dissolved Salts from 1500 to 3000ppm. Suspended Solid more than 25 ppm. H2S or Ammonia Less than 1 ppm. Permissible average velocity of water 2.5-2.7 meter/sec. Od Size Range: 2 to 219mm Thickness Range: 0.3to 10mm
